Technology skills are vital for jobs – and for everyday life. European e-Skills Week aims to help as many people as possible to access technology and develop their ICT skills. Hundreds of events are being planned around Europe to take place from 26-30 March, while some activities will continue until May.
The first European e-Skills Week in March 2010 involved 35 countries and over 7,000 different organisations. Events included conferences, workshops, visits by CEOs to schools, exhibitions, and tour buses demonstrating technology in a range of different locations.
