There’s a big skills shortage right across the software industry in Europe, and IT graduates are very much in demand in Ireland today.
A sign of that is “IT’s Happening Here” (www.itshappeninghere.ie) – a new website promoting career opportunities in Irish owned software companies. With over 600 companies, the sector offers exciting careers and positions from graduate to director level.
IT’s Happening Here is an initiative of the Irish indigenous software sector, and is supported by Enterprise Ireland.
The website was officially launched today by entrepreneur and former Irish international footballer Niall Quinn.
