Alison joined Cook Medical after working with Roche and Boston Scientific’s R&D departments. She manages research and development projects for Cook Medical’s endoscopy business unit, from the design to manufacture of a commercial product. She has a BSc in Chemistry and a Masters and PhD in Biochemical Engineering.

Paul has been with Abbott for 15 years, starting in Manufacturing, and moving over time into Training, EHS and then Human Resources (HR). Abbott Diabetes Care was established in 2006 in Donegal Town. With his HR background, Paul can give an insight into what companies like Abbott are looking for from graduates with science, quality and engineering qualifications, and the skill-sets required.

Jenny has been with Cpl’s technical recruitment team for six years, focusing on recruitment for the pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology industries. She recruits for temporary and contract staff for some of the largest multinationals in the country, and has a BA in Human Resources and a H Dip in E-Business.
