Graduate mentoring
Trilogy Technologies currently employs 35 people. We generally look for graduates with a discipline in IT, an understanding of Windows servers, TCP/IP services, good problem-solving abilities, and a knowledge of scripts (e.g., ASP and C#).
As an example, we are currently looking for an MS SQL/Oracle database administrator.
We seek out candidates who are passionate about technology, motivated, able to work as part of a team and enjoy learning.
Employees who join Trilogy straight out of college initially spend six months within an appointed team where they will work under the guidance of more senior and experienced members.
Life-long learning
We offer all of our staff the opportunity to train and up-skill. Each team member has access to online learning and classroom programmes. We organise internships and college-based work experience placements on a regular basis.
