We have a very active sports and social club, of which the majority of our employees are members. This gives them free access to our on-site gym. Once a year, we have a work/life balance week, where employees can attend talks about achieving to work/life balance.
During this time we also run health checks where staff can donate blood and avail of allergy and blood pressure tests. As well as this we run an employee assistance programme, which is a confidential service that staff can make use of if they need to speak to someone about personal difficulties.
