In his job as Bids and Tenders Manager, John works with the sales teams to provide a range of services for high-profile customers.

“I take customer requirements. I don’t need to know the in-depth stuff – the “speeds and feeds” as we call it – because I engage the necessary personnel. The customer could be looking for back-end solutions, or an e-mail exchange or something and I would connect them with all the right people. We tailor solutions for the customers’ requirements.”
